We utilise the most cutting edge technology to ensure we are as efficient as possible in installing smart meters in all of our customers homes. All technology is designed with the end-user in mind.

For example, our engineer application minimises any duplication of data and is very easy to use. We hold regular meetings with engineering teams to see where improvements can be made and how efficiencies can be gained.

We take the same approach with all our back office and logistics systems and aim to improve people's lives through the use of technology.
